The Living Forest

The Forest is alive with life. It's very nature relates to a complex series of interactions between the living organisms it contains. Biology has traditionally studied the individual elements, but each living organism is not isolated but interacts with its environment. Ecology studies these interactions and the interdependance of each element that make up ecosystems such as this forest.
